As we are a small candle making studio we pride ourselves in offering a flexible and personalised service. We hope you will be completely happy with your purchase however, for your extra peace of mind all purchases are covered by our 7-day no quibble exchange or money back guarantee (excluding any carriage charges incurred).
This means items you purchase can be returned for replacement or refund within 7 days of the date shipped provided they are returned in the same condition, are new and unused and are returned in their original packaging materials.
In the event that your order is damaged in transit please inform us within 3 days of receiving the order and return the damaged items with original packaging. All returned stock must be sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Unfortunately The Wax Studio cannot refund postage unless the item being returned is faulty.
Privacy
We use safe, secure technology and do not store payment card information. The Wax Studio does not and will not disclose any of your personal information to any third party at any time. All information is held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We may store your details in our own database and use them to contact you very occasionally with special offers or news. We do not pass personal data onto outside organisations and/or individuals. If you prefer not to be contacted in this way, please email us and your details will be immediately removed from our mailing list.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
