A striking Tablet candle in strong red on white.

Each one of our unique tablet candles has been genuinely hand-crafted to our own design in our Leamington Spa workshop. These candles contain two wicks and are made from a blend of fine quality waxes. They have been carefully designed and tested to burn evenly, with virtually no drips. The decoration in the candle looks remarkably like real pebbles, but is in fact made from wax, and burns in the same way as the body of the candle. See how tablet candles burn

All tablet candles are supplied complete with non-scratch stainless steel flat pack holders.

You can make your candles into a very special gift, by presenting them in our high quality padded felt gift wrap with olive wood toggle fastener. (Gift wrap will hold 1 or 2 candles & holders) Tablet candles look fantastic when displayed as a pair.

Robert Aley (MA) founded The Wax Studio in 2003. He has a passion for good design and is particularly interested in stretching the boundaries of the materials in which he works. He designs candles which are genuinely original and develops his own techniques and equipment to realise his designs. Robert also has expertise in supporting small enterprises in developing countries through the charity Advantage Africa.

The Wax Studio now enjoys a strong reputation for design creativity and high quality handmade products.
